I was very impressed with Carl, who met us upon arrival. He clearly explained the parking process and what to do when leaving the car. He also walked us through the return procedure and provided instructions for when we’d be back. Upon our return to the UK, we went to the designated bus stop, where the minibus was already waiting—no waiting around!

We used the Meet & Greet service at Heathrow for the first time, and I have to say it was incredibly convenient. This is the second time I’ve using this Meet & Greet, and it was even better than the first time. Dropping off the car was quick and straightforward, and the staff were professional and polite. However, there might be concerns regarding their willingness to accept liability for any damages, particularly as it may be challenging to properly photograph the vehicle upon arrival in darkness. It's worth noting that at least one other person has reported issues with damage.
